  Traditional manufacturing of flours 
We know the origin of our wheat because we buy them exclusively by local farmers.
We transform this wheat into flour in a mill with slow rotating cylinder. The production of our flours is exclusively intended for artisanal bakeries and for private individuals.

  • 150 ml of water
  • 6 gr of salt
  • 10 gr of yeast in square
  • 1 poon of oil (optional)
